2. Player Registration
To ensure that details of registered players could be recorded and shown correctly on their respective team lists in time, please upload all player details and related documents (including photos) onto the HockeyHKWS player database before 5pm on Monday, 21 August 2023.
Returning Players: Club convenors must ensure for their records that the email address provided for each currently registered player is correct and valid.
New Players: New players should use this link to submit their registration with affiliated clubs to enter into the women's winter league: http://www.hockey.org.hk/WomenRegistration.asp
Once the player submits the form, an email notification will be sent to the club convenor. The convenor must then log on to the system, check the details, assign the team and shirt number and submit the registration to the HockeyHK through the system. Please double check if the player details are correct and please make sure the player photos are forward-facing, high resolution and passport-sized.
New Players Aged below 18: convenors must print out the completed registration form (a print button is provided for doing so) for the player's parent/guardian signature and then upload a copy of the signed form to the system. The form could be found at http://www.hockey.org.hk/Content.asp?Uid=171

Player Transfer: The player shall make her intention to transfer clearly known to her current Affiliated Club, whose Convenor shall release the player in the online registration system. The Convenor for the Affiliated Club that the player is moving to should then apply to the HockeyHK of the transfer by email to nortonleung@hockey.org.hk. If all the information such as new club team and jersey number are in order, the transfer will be processed accordingly. In order to streamline the process, Player Transfer Forms are no longer needed.
Individual Player Declarations: Players are NO longer required to complete a declaration form (Google Form) to confirm their consent for Participation in Hockey under Covid-19 Restriction.
3. Preseason Hockey
Premier Preseason – The Valley Fast, Femme & Furious tournament will be held on 9 September 2023, at Happy Valley Recreation Ground for all Saturday Premier Division teams – more details will be provided to Convenors under separate cover.
All Other Divisions – the HockeyHKWS is arranging two days of pre-league preparation matches on 2 and 9 September 2023 - please complete the following form before 5pm on Friday, 18 August 2023: https://forms.gle/uL77tSafvddmTQu28
Clubs are kindly requested to arrange your own umpires for your games. Please confirm only if your teams will partake in matches on these dates; late withdrawals cause a lot of disruption for the opposition team and HockeyHKWS and we kindly request all clubs not to do so. We cannot guarantee all your requests will be accommodated but we will try our best to do so.
Kind regards,
HockeyHKWS
