HockeyHKWS 23-24 Circular No. 11 - Video Coding Workshop for WS Coaches
Dear Convenors,
The Women's National Squad Head Coach, Arifali, will be conducting an Asian Games sharing session at 19:30 on 3rd November 2023 (Friday). Coaches coaching Women's Section teams are cordially invited to attend.
The first part of the session will be on the latest development of women's international hockey, in particular penalty corner trends, different type of press and use of short aerials. The second part will be on video coding of matches. Video Coding is an integral part of modern international coaching and used by coaches and players for in game or after game analysis.
The session will be held at King’s Park Hockey Ground 2/F Conference room from 19:30-22:00 on 3rd November 2023 (Friday). There will be a quota of 40 for the session on a first come first served basis. Please kindly circulate this information to your club teams’ women’s league coaches and ask them to fill out the following Google Form by 24th October 2023 if they are interested. Email confirmation will be sent directly to the coaches by 27th October 2023 to confirm their registration for the event.
