HockeyHKWS 23-24 Circular No. 27 - Questionnaire for Clubs on Core/Non-core

Dear Convenors,

Many thanks for your support over the '23/'24 season - in relation to the implementation of the Experimental Bye-laws surrounding player movement (i.e. Core/Non-Core).

As mentioned in our first circular on the matter, the WS is committed to a 2 year implementation of the Experimental Bye-laws, and as the season has closed and we are at this midway point, the WS Committee would like to take the opportunity  to ask for your feedback.

Please do consult with Captains, Coaches and other people who play an active role in team selection etc. and prepare a response on behalf of your Club.
