                     One-on-one penalty shoot-out rules

Dear Convenors,

The following are the fixtures and Rules for Guru Nanak Hockey Tournament:

A briefing will be given to all team captains (Men's) at 10:00am near the Technical table at HV Ground.

All team captains are reminded to get their team ready to start the match on time.  If a team could not provide a minimum number of 7 players at the start time of the scheduled time, the opponents will be awarded a walkover.

In other words, no 5 minutes grace period will be given. 

Teams enrolled in Cup Competition must be formed by players from Premier and First Division and those teams enrolled in Plate Competition must be formed by players from Second Division or below.  The first and second ranked teams of each group will enter the semi-finals for the Cup and Plate competitions respectively.  All matches at the preliminary stage will be 15 minutes straight.  Semi-final and final matches will be 10 minutes each way with a 2 minutes break.

Please inform your team captains and players of the amendments.
